Yield: 1 1-lb. loaf
This bread machine loaf is made with the addition of garlic, onion, pepper, and Cajun or Creole seasonings. And even though it only rises to about 3 1/4 inches high, it has amazing flavor and makes fabulous sandwiches.
Use the dough cycle if you prefer to make rolls for sandwiches and follow the roll variation. To make a 1 1/2 pound loaf, simply multiply the ingredients by 1.5.
«A practically hands-off loaf! This bread comes together in minutes, then gets tossed into your bread machine for kneading and baking. Your kitchen will smell divine as the bread bakes into a spicy loaf with a crispy crust and a nice kick of Cajun heat.» —Diana Andrews
